WHAT
Flair Diversified Properties focus on the acquisition and management of commercial and industrial buildings for the Flaherty family. Founded by David Flaherty and his father Dennis in 1989, the portfolio began with the purchase of 520 Townsend Street, a multi-commercial and industrial unit in the South of Market (SoMa) area of San Francisco. This became the HQ for Stripe, the online payment startup.
